For more than 25 years, Centrum Orion has supported people with disabilities in living independent, active, and fulfilling lives. We support people with disabilities and their families, seeking ways to ease the challenges of everyday care.

Our Social Services
Our services are tailored to the actual needs of the people we support and are based on the principles of community-based social services.
We also support caregivers through professional counselling and educational seminars, and we organise rehabilitation and respite stays for people with disabilities.
We Are Constantly Looking for New Innovative Approaches
Homesharing is a new form of support for caregiving families. A child with a disability regularly spends time in the home of a host family, who voluntarily shares part of their free time to support both the child and their family.
What We Are Currently Working On
Another key objective of Centrum Orion is to build community-based housing for people with severe physical, intellectual, and multiple disabilities who currently live with their families. Due to their disabilities, these individuals require continuous support (24/7) and have a high level of support needs.
The aim of this project is to create a dignified, safe, and natural living environment that allows people to maintain their lifestyle, relationships, and inclusion in the local community.
Raising Public Awareness About Disability
We regularly contribute to local media and organise charity and community events aimed at breaking down prejudice and strengthening understanding of people with disabilities and their caregivers.
